  • Run a Comparative Market Analysis on comparable properties to make sure you are making an educated offer in regards to pricing
  • Help you with other terms and stipulations of an offer
  • Complete the offer contract and peripheral documents to present a complete offer package

Negotiating

  • Presenting the offer to the seller
  • Help you understand the negotiations and advise the best route
  • Communicating with all parties to come to an agreement

Inspections and Coordination

  • Advise and supervise on inspectors and inspections
  • Coordinate with attorneys for closing times
  • Coordinate repairs or other stipulations for closing
  • Provide information regarding Utility Connections

Closing

  • Schedule and assist with final walk-thru
  • Resolve any last-minute issues
  • Accompany you at the closing to be on hand to answer any questions that may come up
